To use the Mobile Passport Control app, travelers simply download the free app from the App Store or Google Play, create a profile with their passport information, and fill out their customs declaration form before landing. Upon arrival at JFK, passengers can bypass the traditional customs line and proceed to a dedicated Mobile Passport Control line where a CBP officer will verify their information and complete the inspection process.
