Chandler, Arizona – Residents and visitors in need of a passport in Chandler can now benefit from a convenient and user-friendly service offered by the City of Chandler. The Chandler City Clerk’s Office has launched an online platform, chandleraz.gov/passports, which allows individuals to apply for a passport without having to visit a passport acceptance facility in person.

The new online passport application service is part of the City of Chandler’s efforts to streamline processes and improve customer service for residents. “We are excited to offer this new online passport application service to make the process of obtaining a passport more convenient for our residents and visitors,” said Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke. “This is just one of the many initiatives we are implementing to enhance the overall customer experience in Chandler.”

Applicants simply need to visit the website, fill out the online application form, and upload the required documents, such as proof of citizenship and identity, passport photo, and any other supporting documents.

Once the online application is submitted, applicants will receive a notification confirming that their application has been received by the City of Chandler. City staff will then review the application and contact the applicant if any additional information or documentation is required. Once the application is approved, applicants will receive their passport in the mail within a few weeks.

In addition to the online passport application service, the City of Chandler also offers in-person passport services at the City Clerk’s Office located at 175 S.
