Andover Post Office Passport

The Andover Post Office recently announced that they are now offering passport services to residents in the area. This new service comes as a relief to many in the community who have had to travel to neighboring cities to apply for or renew their passports. The Andover Post Office is excited to be able to offer this convenient service to their customers and hopes that it will help streamline the process for those looking to obtain this important travel document.

“We are thrilled to be able to offer passport services to our customers here at the Andover Post Office,” said Postmaster Susan Johnson. “We understand how important it is for people to have easy access to their passports, especially with travel becoming more common. We hope that by offering this service, we can make the process easier and more convenient for our community members.”

To apply for a passport at the Andover Post Office, customers will need to bring a completed DS-11 application form, proof of US citizenship (such as a birth certificate or naturalization certificate), a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license), a passport photo, and payment for the application fee. The application fee for a passport book is $110 for adults and $80 for minors under the age of 16. The execution fee is $35.

Customers can also choose to expedite their passport application for an additional fee of $60. This will ensure that their passport is processed and delivered to them more quickly, which can be helpful for those who have upcoming travel plans.

In addition to passport services, the Andover Post Office also offers passport photo services for those who need to have their photo taken for their application. The cost for a passport photo is $15, and customers can have their photo taken on-site at the post office. This option makes it easy for customers to complete all of their passport application requirements in one convenient location.

“We want to make the process as easy as possible for our customers,” said Johnson. “That’s why we offer passport photo services here at the post office. We know that getting a passport can be a stressful process, so we want to do everything we can to help alleviate some of that stress for our customers.”

The Andover Post Office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Appointments are not required to apply for a passport, but customers can call ahead to check availability and wait times if they prefer.

“We are excited to be able to offer passport services to our customers here at the Andover Post Office,” said Johnson. “We hope that this new service will help make the process of obtaining a passport more convenient for our community members. Whether you’re getting your first passport or renewing an old one, we’re here to help every step of the way.”
