Milwaukee PBS Launches Passport Program to Enhance Viewer Experience

Milwaukee PBS has announced the launch of its new Passport program, a member benefit that provides on-demand access to a vast library of PBS shows and special content. This exciting new feature will allow viewers to watch their favorite programs anytime, anywhere, and on any device.

“We are thrilled to introduce Milwaukee PBS Passport to our loyal viewers,” said Bohdan Zachary, General Manager of Milwaukee PBS. “This program will give our members an even more personalized viewing experience, with a wide range of exclusive content that they can enjoy at their convenience.”

Milwaukee PBS Passport offers an array of popular PBS shows, including Masterpiece, Nature, American Experience, and Frontline, as well as local programming such as Milwaukee PBS’s award-winning series Black Nouveau and Around the Corner with John McGivern. With this new program, viewers can binge-watch their favorite series, catch up on missed episodes, and discover new and exclusive content that is not available on the main PBS channel.

“We wanted to provide our viewers with more options for accessing their favorite PBS programs,” said Zachary. “Milwaukee PBS Passport allows our members to stream content on their own schedule, whether it’s at home, on the go, or during their lunch break.”

To access Milwaukee PBS Passport, viewers simply need to become members of Milwaukee PBS and make a donation of $60 or more annually. Once they have signed up, they will receive a unique login that will grant them unlimited access to a vast library of PBS content. Members can watch shows on their TV, computer, tablet, or smartphone, making it easy to enjoy PBS programming wherever they are.

“We believe that Milwaukee PBS Passport will enhance the viewer experience and help us connect even more deeply with our audience,” said Zachary. “We are committed to providing quality programming that educates, inspires, and entertains, and this new program is a way for us to continue that mission.”

In addition to providing on-demand access to PBS shows, Milwaukee PBS Passport will also offer special features, such as behind-the-scenes footage, exclusive interviews, and bonus content that is not available on the main channel. Viewers can dive deeper into their favorite programs and learn more about the making of their favorite shows.

“We are excited to see how our viewers will respond to Milwaukee PBS Passport,” said Zachary. “We believe that this program will be a game-changer for PBS fans in Milwaukee and beyond, offering them a new way to engage with the content they love.”

Milwaukee PBS Passport is now available to all Milwaukee PBS members, and those who sign up will have access to a free trial period to test out the program. To learn more about Milwaukee PBS Passport and how to become a member, visit the Milwaukee PBS website or contact the station directly.
